Handball: mat race

Tag man should try to tag the green player. The green player may cross the circle freely, the red tag man may be hindered.

Player green 1 is trying to tag player red 1. Player green 1 may go through the circle, the tag man is being blocked by the blue players of the circle. Change after 45 seconds running.

Players form a long queue. Hands on shoulders or hips. The front player moves to tag the last player of the queue. variation : - change tag man after every successful tag - change after 1 minute - make the queue longer or shorter.

Four players form a circle, hands tight. A tag man appoints a person he wants to tag. The circle moves in such a way that the person he wants to tag stays out of reach.

Work in pairs. Try to tag each other on the back. Try to back off and hinder your partner to do this by running away, protect yourself with your hands and arms

Two lines, about 1,5 mtrs apart. This is the street. The white guards should try to tag the white players coming through their street. tag on : - shoulder - back - bottom - knee

Two line 1,5 mtr apart. The blue guard prevents white players from passin him.

Both players holding hands. Both players try to touch the ball, which is behind them. They try to prevent eachother from touching it.

Four players hold a mat. On this mat is a heavier ball (basketball). The white players are hopping on one or two legs touching, bumping into the blue players, trying to get the ball of the mat.
