Handball: Through my street

Two tag men run around with long folded newspapers and try to hit the other players. Once hit lie on the floor. There are two ambulance cars (mat and two players dragging it along the floor) who will come and collect you and bring you to the hospital (bench) Once you have arrived thre you may join the game again. Which ambulance succeeded in bringing in most victims.

Two players one mat. - drag the mat to the cone and back - take the mat widthwise and throw it over, every time another player - take the mat lengthwise and throw it over, every time another player - shove it forwards

Very tiny area. All players should touch eachother as many times as possible. Touch don't hit !! Every time another spot to touch - touch on belly - back - bottom - knee - shoulder

Two or four benches form a canal. Players on carpet tile drag themselves through the canal.

Two long ropes tied together well. Players sit on a carpet tile and pull themselves along the river.

Blue players must work together to try and prevent white players from breaking out of the circle. To do so they must move quickly to pair up and form a human barrier in front of the white players as they try and burst out.

Pairs holding a stick. Try to pull,push eachother across the line.

Pairs who hold a ball in their hands together. Place hands at the sides of the ball, not around it. -Try to pull the other player over the line. -Try to pull other player to the sideline of the court

Two groups. Blue players stand very close together. White player must go between every player. Blue players may only use their bodies to 'squeeze' the white players. White players may use their hands and arms. Which player is fastest ? Which group is fastest ?

Players take it in turn to run and squeeze through the small openings between the blue players, being strong to drive through the blocking man. Blue players must keep their arms down when blocking the running man and only use their core strength to prevent the man running through (no shoulder barges).

Pairs player one is standing, player two is sitting. Player one must try to pull/push player 2 across a line. Pairs player one is standing, player two is lying. Player one must try to pull/push player 2 across a line. Players sit down, legs long, arms crawled into eachother. Try to get the other one down on his side.

Split your group in half and line them up behind two different cones on the sideline. On the coach's call players from both line run one at a time around the cone and back. Once they're back the next player can go. However, to make things hard for them there are two players on the cone on the opposite side of the court who are trying to block the running players. Which group will finish first?

Try to ensure that the two players are approximately the same height and weight to avoid injury and keep the wrestling interesting for both players. Players should sit back to back with one another and interlock their arms. Using their body and arms they must try and get the other player's shoulder onto the floor. The losing has to run to the far wall and back and the winner receives a ball to have a free shot on goal.

One player holds the treasure (the ball) while the robber tries to get it from them.

Using only their shoulders, players should take it in turns to run along a line of the pitch trying to push the other player further over the line. The aim for players is to push the other player far enough over the line so that they can then enter the other player's side.

Both players hold a stick. Stick can be hold lengthwise or widthwise. Both players try to pull/push eachother across a line in the middle from them.

Two children of approximately the same height and weight stand either side of a line on the pitch. On your call the two players should lean over and engage one another, placing their hands on the other player's shoulders. The goal for the players is to try and push their opponent over the line, like in a sumo match. The loser in the duel has to dribble the ball around two cones. The winner receives a ball and may throw a free shot on goal.

Cone off a small square area with all between 4-8 players inside it. In a Sumo style players, using only the side of your body, hands and arms, players must try to push and pull the other players out of the square. See who the last player is inside the square.

The tagger tries to tag a specific player and must make it clear which player it is they are trying to catch. The players on the other team must try to prevent the tagger from catching the player they are trying to catch.
