Four players form a circle, hands tight.
A tag man appoints a person he wants to tag.
The circle moves in such a way that the person he wants to tag stays out of reach.
Pay attention to running technique:
Body must be in straight position, arms moving actively along together with the movements of the legs and elbows at right angle.
All the body should point in the direction you are going, with feet, knees, head and arms facing the same direction.
Two teams, each with goalkeepers, play across a half-court sized pitch.
Play with normal rules.

In this game players run inside the area and attempt to avoid being caught by the taggers.
Players are safe from being tagged if they are sitting on the floor, with their feet off the ground.
Players are only allowed to stay on the floor for 3 seconds, then they have to get up and run away again.
Tag men are not allowed to wait for the player during these 3 seconds.
One player stands about 2-3 meters in front of the other players.
This player is the feeder for their group and passes to the other players.
Once a player has caught the ball from the feeder and passed it back, they run to the back of their own queue.
