Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

  • From a short run jump off one foot pushing the feet forward.
  • Bring feet together and push legs to the horizontal.
  • Take weight momentarily on box with the hands as body passes over the box in a long sit position.
  • Land on feet.

    Coaching points

  • Push feet forward into a long sit position.
  • Keep legs extended.
  • Gradually increase the box height.
