DESCRIPTION

  • From a short run jump off one foot from a spring board pushing the feet forward.
  • Bring feet together and push legs to the horizontal.
  • Take weight momentarily on four section box with the hands as body passes over the box in a long sit position.
  • Land on feet.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Keep head up.
  • Fingers pointing forwards.
  • Encourage flight on and off of box.
  • Keep good body tension and extension.
