Extend ankles to push off feet into a forward roll.
Keeping arms straight, roll along rounded spine, nose to knees.
'See legs straight' then 'bend legs late' to roll off the apparatus.
Place feet on the mat, heels under C of G.
Thrust straight arms forward and up.
End in a tuck squat.
