DESCRIPTION

  • Swing arms from the side horizontal, up the front, allow inside of the arms to touch the ears and return to the side horizontal.
  • Co-ordinate breathing with arm action.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • The head must be kept up and the back straight.
  • Intoduce a change in speed slowly reducingg speed as the pupil calms down.
  • Ensure good deep breathing.
