
Description Diagonal throwing skills drill. based on throwing and catching ability. Ready position player is relaxed and frisbee on the opposite side of their body to where their release of the frisbee is. pre-contact arms locked into the opposite side of your relase arm. contact throwing arm is straight on release with knees bent for stability. upon catching the frisbee have arms out the front of the reciviers chest for most optimal contact. follow through use the momentum of the frisbee to follow through with the release of your throw to the next target.
-Use any type of throw to pass to your team mate on the right. -The last throw, will be a long throw to the starting player.
