A line or set of cones 3m towards opposing line cones and same for opposing set Two lines of fielders start each at opposing end cones First fielder with ball rolls ball to first receiver in opposing line. The first fielder then sprints to join back of opposing line. The receiver must attach and field ball forming fielding triangle before the ball crosses his 3m line. The receiver then glove shovels the ball back to the next receiver in the original line and sprints to join that line at the back
