
Passsing Line Drill. Players line up in two horizontal lines facing each other. The player on one end starts with the ball and runs approximately 10 metres and passes it to the next peron in the line. The next peson in the line wait for the player with the ball to run 5 metres before running and wait until the player with the ball has passed to him backwards. This process is repeated until the the last player. (player on the opposiste end of the starting player.) The last player catches the ball and runs to the end and plays the ball as if he/she has been touched (game sense). The players on the second line infront of the ball picks up the ball after the ball has been played and runs 10 meters then pass. This whole process is repeated until players are competed enough to run this drill at a game speed.
Ensuring the ball is pass to the next player's chest (accuarcy) and backwards. Ensuring that the player catching the ball is running without the ball and is ready to catch the ball before the ball is passed. Making sure players run with speed and hold the ball properly when they ruck with the ball. Making sure the last player plays the ball properly as if it he/she has been touch in a game. (Reaching for contact and rolling the ball properly .) Scopping of the ball is swift
