
Defenders use fantastic footwork to block the attacker from touch the cone behind them Create a 5m x 5m box/grid with cones One player steps into the middle of the box The other players line up single file at one of the cones The first player in line at the cone attempts to dodge and touch the cone opposite and diagonal from him The player in the middle must keep the runner from getting to the cone by using fantastic footwork If the runner touches the opposite and diagonal cone, then the defender stays in the middle If the defender prevents the runner from touching the cone, or forces the runner out of the box, then the runner becomes the new defender PLAYERS MAY NOT BUMP, PUSH, OR SHOVE EACH OTHER
