
Set up squares as shown. Start with the squares large and can progress to making them smaller. Have 1 defender in each square. Attackers have the dodge around the defender in each square to get past them. Can start with no sticks and then progress to sticks.
For attackers, use different dodges (fake, double, roll, sprint) with emphasis on change of speed or direction. For defender, have them focus on the attackers hips to see which way they are driving. Keep a firm position.
