DESCRIPTION

1) Trap/ Small Wedge: Squat On- Jump up to the top of the SCHOOL BUS 2) Red Trap Top/ French Fry: Cartwheel Drill- Hands on the ABC’S and jump feet back & forth over the french fry 3) Red Springboard/ 2 Velcro Dots: Vault Approach- Take1 step on each of the 2 dots, then jump with 2 feet on the springboard; make BIG CIRCLES with arms and jump off 4) SPOTTING STATION: Red Blocks/ Wedge: Plyos- Jump up & down on blocks and dive roll down wedge like an APPLE 5) Dot: Spaghetti & Meatballs- Eat SCHOOL LUNCH; lay flat for spaghetti & curl up for meatballs
