
Testing Station: Squat On to Knees (or Feet) Able to jump on spring board with 2 feet Places hands on the block (trap or wedge) in front on them Able to jump up to the block from the spring board Lands on their feet or knees Mark Squat on to Knees or Squat on to Feet (or both) 1) Trap/ Springboard: Squat On- Jump from the springboard up to the TRACTOR (to their knees or feet) WINGS WEST: Folded Wedge/ Springboard: Squat On-Jump up to the TRACTOR (to their knees or feet) 2) Red TrapTop: Straddle on- Place your hands on the CORN STALK & jump feet up into a straddle position WINGS WEST: Panel Mat: Straddle on- Place your hands on the CORN STALK & jump feet up into a straddle position 3) Squeaky Dots/ Pumpkins: 2 Feet Jumps- Carry the PUMPKINS and jump on the squeakers 4) SPOTTING STATION: Wedge/ Red Blocks: Plyos- Jump up & down on the red blocks, then dive roll down the wedge into the LEAVES 5) Low Wedge/ Hoop: Arm Circles- Stand on the block and do arm circles backwards like a SCARECROW, then jump into the hoop WING WEST: Red Block/ Hoop: Arm Circles- Stand on the block and do arm circles backwards like a SCARECROW, then jump into the hoop
