Testing Station: Long Jump Jumps from 2 feet to 2 feet Jumps off springboard and lands on panel mat 1) Springboard/ Panel/ Squeaker/ Horton : Long Jump- Put Horton on the squeaker. Jump from springboard over HORTON onto panel mat 2) Red Trap/ Green Eggs & Ham: Squat On- Put hands on GREEN EGGS & HAM and jump up feet Wings West: Red Block/ Wedge/ Green Eggs: Squat On- Stand on red block, put hands on GREEN EGGS & HAM and jump up feet 3) SPOTTING STATION: Wall/ Velcro Hands/ Fish: Handstand- Walk feet up the wall up to 1 FISH, 2 FISH, RED FISH, BLUE FISH Wings West: SPOTTING STATION: Wedge against Beam: Handstand- Walk feet up the wedge to 1 FISH, 2 FISH, RED FISH, BLUE FISH 4) Low Wedge/ Hoop/ Thing 1&2: Arm Circles- Do arm circles backwards and jump into hoop with THING 1&2 Wings West: Red Block/ Hoop/ Thing 1&2: Arm Circles- Do arm circles backwards and jump into hoop with THING 1&2 5) Line: Front Tight Hops- Do front tight hops down the line; holding a flower (like the TREES in Dr. Suess’ books)
