DESCRIPTION

1) Dots/ Velcro Dots: Bunny Hops- Place hands and feet on the dots; jump hands and feet down the line to the SNOWMAN 2) French Frys/ Squeakers/ Foam Snowflakes: Long Jump- Swing arms & jump 2 feet over the French Frys; land on the squeakers (SNOWFLAKES) 3) Wedge/ Springboard: Squat on- Place hands on the wedge and jump feet up to FROSTY 4) SPOTTING STATION: Red Blocks/ Wedge: Plyos- Jump up and down the blocks; then forward roll down the wedge like a SNOWBALL 5) Red Block/ Ribbons/ Snowflake: Arm Circles- Do arm circles with the ribbons, jump off the red block and onto the SNOWFLAKE
