Testing Station: Straight Jump Jumps in a straight position with arms by ears Able to do a least 2 jumps with good form Lands on tramp with 2 feet after jump 1) SPOTTING STATION: Red Tramp: Straight Jump- Jump up straight like a PEACOCK`S FEATHERS Wings West: SPOTTING STATION: Color Wheel: Straight Jump- Jump up straight like a PEACOCK`S FEATHERS 2) SPOTTING STATION: Red Tramp: Tuck Jump- Jump up in a tuck with knees to belly, like a TOUCAN in a tree Wings West: SPOTTING STATION: Tumble Track: Tuck Jump- Jump up in a tuck (knees to belly), like a TOUCAN in a tree 3) Yoga Mat: Snake Push Up- Lay with your belly on the mat & push up your chest; hiss like a SNAKE 4) Pink Dot: Flamingo Pose- Stand on one leg with arms tucked in like a FLAMINGO (tree yoga pose) 5) Baskets/ Balls: Ball Toss- Toss the ball into the matching color basket/ bin
