1) Green Hands & Feet/ Soccer Ball: Bunny Hops- Start with hands and feet in place; jump hands & feet down the GOAL LINE like a soccer player 2) Red Block: Donkey Kick- Put hands on red block and kick up feet like a GYMNAST 3) SPOTTING STATION: Wedge: Forward Roll- Roll like a CYCLIST going down the hill 4) Dot/ Tennis Ball: Spaghetti & Meatballs- Sit with TENNIS BALL on lap; lay flat for spaghetti & curl up for meatballs 5)Red Trap Top: Tuck Jump- Take a USA FLAG and tuck jump off the trap top (PODIUM)
