
1) 2 Beams/ Baseball/ Dots: Toe Dips- Carry BASEBALL across beam & touch the dots with your toes (BASES) along the way 2) Low Beam/ Flag: Tight Hops- Carry the flag above your head; arms by your ears like a GYMNAST; and do tight hops across the beam 3) Mushroom Top: Supergirl/ Superboy- Lay on mushroom top & swim like a SWIMMER 4) SPOTTING STATION: High Beam/ Ball: Front Kicks- Hold the BALL in front on you & kick the ball as you walk across beam 5) 2 Beams/ Hoop/ Batons: Tuck Jump Dismount- Carry the BATON across the beam and do a tuck jump dismount into the hoop
