
Testing Station: Backward Walk Walks backward with one feet behind the other Keeps balanced on the beam 1) 2 Low Beams/ Flowers: Backward Walk- Walk backward across the beam and carry the FLOWERS 2) Low Beam/ Dot: Scale- Walk to the middle of the beam, stand on the dot with arms out wide and lift one leg in a scale; fly like a BUTTERFLY 3) Red Block: Lever- Place hands on FLOWERS on the red block and kick up one leg in a lever 4) SPOTTING STATION: High Beam/ Headband: Passe Walk- Put on the headband and walk in Passe (toe to knee) across the beam 5) 2 Low Beams/ Bumpy Rocks/ Gardening Tools: Big Steps- Take big steps over the rocks & carry the GARDENING TOOLS across the beam
