
Testing Station: Ice Cream Scoop Walk Standing on the beam, bend one leg and dip toe down next to the beam Lift foot in front of the other one after each "scoop" Repeat on each side and keep balanced with arms out to the side Coach should still spot for balance because we are using high beam! 1) 2 Low Beams: Bear Crawl- Crawl down the beam on hands and feet, like crawling into a SNOW FORT 2) Low Beam/ Snowflakes: Hops- Carry a SNOWFLAKE and hop down the beam, like catching snowflakes on your tongue 3) Dot: Snow Angel- Lay on the floor and move your arms and legs back & forth to make a SNOW ANGEL 4) SPOTTING STATION: High Beam: Ice Cream Scoops- Walk across the beam and scoop foot along the side of the beam, like scooping up a SNOW CONE with your toes 5) 2 Low Beams/ Snowflakes: Big Steps- Place the SNOWFLAKES on the beam & take big steps over them
