1) SPOTTING STATION: Blue Bar/ Crocodile: Straddle Hold- Hang from bar in a straddle and "CROCODILE CHOMP" legs together 2) Black Bar/ Mat Steps: Front Support- Do a Front Support and say "A-hoy" 3) L-sit Bars/Parrot: L-sit- Put PARROT on our lap and push up, keeping legs together and straight 4) P-Bars/ Crab: Crab Walk- CRAB walk across the P-bars 5) Rings/Pirate Headband: Tuck Swing- Tuck swing over the PIRATE headband
