
Testing Station: L-Hang on Rings Able to hold onto rings and make an L-shape Can hold legs straight for 3 seconds 1. Blue Bar: Tuck Hang- Tuck hang over the TENT 2. Black Bar/ Barrel: Glide Swing- Place hands on the bar by the CAMPER and push the barrel back and forth with straight legs using your hips 3. L- sits Bars: L-sits- Push up with a POTHOLDER on your lap 4. P- Bars: Bear Walk- Walk like a BEAR over the P-Bars 5. SPOTTING STATION: Rings/ Stars: L- Hang- Hang in an L shape over the STARS (point your toes to the wall or white fence)
