Have kids use a toothbrush to "splatter" paint white on their black construction paper. They can add white dots with a cotton swab. (stars in the sky) 2. Allow time to dry. 3. Color the construction paper circles with crayons or colored pencils. 4. When dry, glue on the construction paper circles. (planets in outer space)
