Playing with another participant of similar skill level the players should line themselves up (using half of the court per pair) on the basline as shown in the diagram. Once on the correct court, they must attempt to keep a rally going using nothing but the overhead clear technique to try and reach their partner on the opposite baseline. This drill will allow the participants to practice their technique to try to increase the distance that they can hit the shuttle. therefore the coach should go around the group helping individuals where he/she sees specific faults.
