
the red line represnts where you ideally want to hit an underarm high serve, if it placed before the line an opponet can easily return with an attacking shot. the other particpent off court is the partner who wil just count and make sure the shuttle is over the line. if the shuttle is hit over the line that's 10 points. the small circles are 50 points and represent the best place for an underarm high serve to be placed as the oppisition may think its going out for best case scenrio but it will mainly force a defensive shot to be played back.
if particpent is aiming for circles it teaches them to aim and use body aligment. face direction of where you want to place shuttle also encourge them to follow through with the hips first
