
You can do it by yourself or with another person: by yourself you pick up the shuttlecock throw it in the air slightly in front of you and then try and smash it into the hula hoop lying just on the floor in front of the oppositions net. Doing it with someone you have them feeding it to you from the other side of the net ( like they have had a shot at you) Could do with a partner after someone has done it by themselves and managed to get it landing in the hoop multiple times (e.g. 5 times)
