Sam Wynne Coach, England

DESCRIPTION

The players will start by serving the shuttlecock to their opponent. The player opposite will then keep their eyes on the shuttlecock and stand where they think it will land. The player who has recieved the serve will then prepare themselves by holding the racket either appove thier head or in front of their chest depending on how high the shuttlecock is. Once the player has postioned themslves in the right place they will let the shuttlecock fall to a comfortable height and hit it back to theor opponent possibly in the other box so that they have to move for it.
