This Drill is designed to get players used to hitting cross courts and down the lines. It doesn't matter how its hit in the drill. Athletes start on the closest in-line for the service area. -Athlete 1 starts with the shuttlecock and hits down the line to athlete 2 -Athlete 2 hits cross court to athlete 3 -Athlete 3 hits down the line towards athlete 4 -Athlete 4 hits cross court back to athlete 1
If Athletes are finding this too easy then throw in a second shuttlecock. This drill is also a great way for pairs to practice moving as one for defense.
