Shuttle pass- There are two split teams within the amount of bodies from the class and each team has to try and get ten successful passes with the shuttle without dropping it or letting the other team get possession in a space that they have to stay in and they also cant run with the shuttle, if the other team gets possession or a team member is out of the space they have to try do the same until ten passes have been successfully done. Adaptions/Progressions- If no team manages to get ten passes it will decrease to 6 passes and if it is too easy the space they have to stay in will be made smaller.
