
Shuttle Runs- Class will stand in a line at one side of the hall with four other people behind them behind a cone and there will be three cones in front of them and they have to run to the first one then back to the starting point then back up to the second one then back to starting point and then finally up to the third then return to starting point and high five the next person to go. Adaptions/Progressions- If the warm up is too easy I will put another cone in but if the warm up is too difficult run to the top cone only. Coaching points- Ensure you wait for the person to high five you, make sure you do each cone, keep breathing while you run, pace yourself and also cheer your team mates on while they are running to encourage them to keep going.
