
Warm up- Class stands in row and splits in half and eight people to a cone and there is a cone in front of each cone and the person at the front has to run to the cone and sit the shuttle down at the cone then run back and the next person has to run to the cone pick the shuttle up and run back with it and pass it to the next person to run and sit it down and they just keep repeating this till they have all had a shot. Adaptions/Progressions- if too easy put cone further away and if too difficult take shuttle away Coaching points- Work as a team, encourage each other to keep going, keep breathing in and out while running
