Clear shots Activity- Class will separate into groups of three and will take two rackets and one shuttle between them and go onto a half court and two will go one side and the other person will go onto the other side of the net. The person who is themselves will serve the shuttle and one person from the other side will return the shuttle with a forehand clear back to the server who will choose where to position themselves on the court either at the front or back. They will continue to take turns at each role so everyone gets a turn. After doing this for a couple of minutes the class has an option to add a hoop into it to try aiming for the hoop and can also try a backhand clear shot as well. Adaptions/Progressions- If exercise is too difficult focus on the one shot that you find easiest to do and don`t add a hoop in and go at your own pace. If it seems to be too easy move the hoop about. Coaching Points- Work as a team, if one person in your group is struggling try to help them with giving them tips, speak to each other.
