
Serving Activity- The class will get into pairs or groups of three and they will go onto half courts and will be doing a feeder drill where one person will throw the shuttle over the net and the person on the opposite side with the racket needs to try and return the shuttle with a successful serve and has to try and aim for the shuttle to go into the hula hoop that is on the side where the feeder is. Players will swap throughout this so everyone gets a turn to do each role. Adaptions/Progressions- If drill is too hard you can take hoop away and try to focus on getting shuttle into the middle area of court but if the drill is too easy you can move hoop about on court. Coaching Points- Motivate your group by talking to them while they carry out the drill, take your time while aiming, challenge yourself by moving the hoop about
