DESCRIPTION

Athletes will do 6 x 600m. They will start at the blue cone do one full lap and continue running to the green cone at 1500/800m pace (around 85%). Once they reach the green cone they will slow the pace to a jog and continue to the blue cone (200m) where they will start again.
