The ball starts with the kicker kicking the ball high to a marking contest where is the Attacker and Defender are positioned. They contest for the mark in which case most of the time the ball will spill onto the ground Players off cones A and B get front and centre to crumb the ball, once they have the ball they handball the ball backwards to a player coming off cone C, once he recieves the ball he straightens up and kicks the ball to the CHF who is on a short lead towards him. The HBF then times his run to recieve the ball off the CHF then once in possession he kicks the ball to a leading FF. If the FF takes the mark he can go back and kick a goal, if he drops the mark all players involved in the drill are to mop up the ball and kick the goal. Once the ball has gone through the goals the Kicker kicks another ball into play to start the drill again. This drill can switched to the other side of the ground.
