
This drill is used for Burn. The aim of this drill is to get the ball to the deep forward as quick as possible. The blue are defenders and the red are attackers. It starts with a kick in.
Make sure you get everyone in the huddle apart from the three in the small huddle. Make sure the little huddle comes in running so they can recieve the hands and get the ball down the ground. All te forwards on the 50m line hae to lead out to leave space for the two main forwards.
