Transition Drill works on ball movement from a kick out moving the ball up the ground to be in a goal scoring position. Kick out from full back. Two outriders provide a leading option. Kicker choose one option. Player that receives ball takes mark turns and goes. The person in the middle as soon as kick is released must push towards the wing to receive the 2nd kick. Player 2 receives ball on the wing and turn and goes heading towards forward 50. The outrider that did not receive the ball must turn and run as hard as he can to receive the ball inside the forward 50. He finishes off with a goal.
