Handball Drill Ball starts at A. Handball down the line to B. (B takes the spot of B) B changes of direction hand ball into the center. (B replaces C) From the center ball comes out to C. C down the line to D D change of direction into the center. Center out to E. E down the to F F change of direction into the center Center out to G G down the line to H. H change of direction into Center. Center out to A.
Multiple Balls Replace the person you give the ball too. Variation 1 - Red ball goes around the out side cones only in the opposite direction as yellow ball. Variation 2 - Nominate 1 or multiple players as defenders.
