Ball starts in goal square with the red player, who kicks to the pocket for the leading blue player who hands off to the yellow player running through asking for a handball. Then the ball just goes to the next option (blue player) who gives a handball to a running option (yellow player) until weâre back in the goal square with the red players. Eventually put a second and a third ball in to make it harder and faster tempo. The players follow where they sent the ball (blue becomes yellow, yellow becomes blue...)
Full pace drill, no walking! make sure the talk is up between the player receiving & the player giving. to make things harder add as many balls as they can handle, the tempo and speed of the drill will depend on how many balls are in.
