There are multiple squares of about 3m by 3m and players are required to split up into groups of 4 and move to a square. 1 of the 4 wll become a defender and will go into the middle whilst the others stay on a corner of the square. The people on the corner have to pass either horizontally or vertically to someone on the other corner whilst the man in the middle tries to block the pass using their body. Outside people who are not in possession of the ball have to move to a cone adjacent to the player with the ball. Once the defender intercepts or blocks a pass whoever did the incomplete pass has to become the new defender.
- Defenders should try and get in a position where they can easily cut off both passing options 45 degrees from the man with the ball - Players on outside should step in the direction they want to direct the ball - Players should be constantly moving and should be quick in their passes - Defenders should try and use their entire arm to smother a pass and need to use reaction speed to quickly react to passes
