
Four teams with two teams designated to vs each other. Opposing teams start on opposite side and must sprint in through the cones which are also the goals. The coach will throw the ball into the middle. Once a team has the ball there goal is to handball the ball through the goals. The game is continued until one team scores. Once a goal is scored teams must sprint back through the cones to their starting position and the other two teams will go when the coach blows the whistle.
