
Attacking team (Blue) starting deep in their 50 with an extra numbers. Looking to transition the ball through to the forward half of the ground. Defensive team (Red) are to slow down the opposition but rolling the the most dangerous player. This included inside 45 kicks and long outlet uncontested kicks. If blue get to forward half drill stops, If red win ball back and get inside 50 or shot on goal. Drill stops.
Offence: Move ball quickly Identify march up kick or inside kick Move with purpose without the ball. Make defenders commit Spread defenders. Defence: Press up to slow play, Do not allow play ons. Protect centre of the ground. Chipping around outside slowly is a win for defence. Challenge oppo if you win the ball back = reward.
