Even teams 1/2 of the defenders start in the box (Can modify to have some fwds and backs in box). Ball is kicked into 50 and contest begins. Fwds aiming to score. Def aiming to get out. Fwd: Win is Goal or mark inside 50 Backs: Win is getting into box or past final line of box. It is full match sim until one team wins or stoppage occurs (Again can be modified).
Blue: Rush to number off, make slow play ensure ball does not end up in the box. Ensure slow play as often as possible. Red: Use free men and control play. Aim to get ball into the middle as it opens the ground up. Link up need line breakers to get winning goal.
