Lane races- In this drill the ball starts where indicated in the diagram, the grey man kicks to the red man who then handballs to the next grey man who is alreadhy in motion, he then kicks up to the next red man who repeats the handball process. the third grey man then kicks forward to the blue man who upon receiving the ball kicks for goal.
notes. players then turn around and head back down the field although players swap roles so the grey man becoms the handballer and ther red man becomes the kicker
