
KICKING 45s AND OVER THE MARK -Push back off the mark and either kick on 45 or kick over the mark -All kicks are spot kicks to the cone.
-45 kicks need to run at target and make kick, not kick of 1 or 2 steps. -Kick over mark needs to go on a slight angle so that they are not kicking directly over the man on the mark, but don't get called to 'play on' either
