
-Ball starts in the Goalsquare cone A -Player from cone A kicks to player leading from cone B -Player from cone B takes a mark then handballs to a player getting front and centre from cone C -Player from cone C recieves ball then kicks to player leading from cone D -Player from cone D take the mark then handballs to a player getting front and centre from cone E -Player from cone E recieves the ball form cone D, then kicks to a player leading from the goalsquare cone F -Player from cone F take s the mark and then the drill is exactly the same on the other side
-The players on the cones leading must time their leads, so that they do not lead too early and make the kick a real short one. -When timing when to lead the player who leads, waits until the player kicking is ready to kick the ball -Players who get front and centre must also time their run so that they are in the vision of the player who handballs the ball to them
