
All defenders maintain 1v1 but will more than likely follow their opposition who will go to towards the ball...Mids push into defense hard to provide assistance and outnumber the opposition forwards so they are under great pressure and can't score...Wings push into the defensive 50 as well but maintain width for outlet once we win the ball...Forwards also push up to form 1 - 2 lines 1 kick from where the ball is so any kick, hack or better, will go to a line of our players where we won't be outnumbered
