Two teams (Red and Blue) Attacking team must move the ball from one end of the feild to the other and score at their goal. Defending team must prevent this by knocking the ball away from the attacking team (only while it is being passed) everyone can move around the field except the person in posession of the ball (similar to netball) if the defending team sucessfully stops the pass, ball posession changes. defenders must give attackers/ person in posession of the ball 1m of distance at all times (No contact allowed) Players can pass in any direction.
Aim for touch passes only. (if needed they can use other methods of throwing/ passing) Switch ball posession after 3-5 minutes/ after each sucessful goal.
