Coach handballs to player on white cone, They handball to player running off blue cone, once hand ball has been received the white cone moves into a shapard position to block the defender approaching from the blue cone. Defender can not leave their cone until the ball has been receievd by green cone. They will then put the kicker under pressure to hit a team mate at the other end.
